'Deliriuous NY' is a project centered on the city of New York, metropolis with frenetic, fast and involving rhythms inextricably related to its urban characteristics. It is a seductive and enchanting city, and those who run through it are overwhelmed by her and impressed from the rising of the buildings and from the continuous renewal of a place that is never the same as itself. Sometimes the difference in scale between the skyscrapers and the human dimension looks impressive and beyond limit, bringing to the extreme the perception and the amazement as in a hallucination or a delirium.
The project proposes the elements that characterize the architecture and the skyline of Manhattan: from brick buildings to towers to skyscrapers, from the water tanks to the Brooklyn Bridge, from which some photos have been taken and which remains in the shots.
All the pictures are taken using special analogue filters.
